Responsibilities include:

• Work with cross-functional teams to market products

  proven experience in managing a product team

Sales Manager

Syntek is looking for a experienced Sales Manager to manage our growth as we double in size in the next year. You will be responsible for our sales team, currently located in Shenzhen and soon to be whole China.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager include the following:

• Organizing and directing all sales 
• Implementing existing and establishing new sales policies, standards, price and practices
• Development of sales training programs

Qualifications include:

• 5 years information technology sales manager experience
• 3 years information security sales experience
• Good knowledge of LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls and other security and network products
• Expert knowledge of security and network monitoring tools
• Expert knowledge of secruity vulnerability anlysis
• BS Computer Science or Equivalent
• CCSA Certification desired 

Senior Security Engineer

The Senior Security Engineer will lead the Security Engineering team for on-site customer information security consulting, as well as perform network vulnerability analysis. S/he will install, configure, and maintain Syntek Customers premise equipment and provide support to the Syntek Customers as a security expert for intrusion incidents and response.

Qualifications include:

• 5 years information security experience
• 3 years information security consulting experience
• Expert knowledge of LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls and other security and network devices
• Expert knowledge of security and network monitoring tools
• Capable of assessing and evaluating new network and security technolgies
• Working knowledge of system security analyses and risk assessment methodologies
• Expert knowledge of secruity vulnerability anlysis
• Working knowledge of intrusion detection, reactive measures and prevention
• Expert knowledge of PKI, data encryption and key management
• BS Computer Science or Equivalent
• CCSE Certification desired
